Report 21B - Progress on Project Deep Access Stalled

Deep Access appears to have failed.  Our efforts to pierce the hard limit wall between our dimension and the  seventh identified dimension have, thus far, been unsuccessful.  Unlike the barrier between our dimension and the fifth dimension, which is largely permeable, this barrier appears to be impassable.

Direct contact is impossible because of the redefinitions involved in our conventional, quantum and unified models of physical interactions.  We are theorizing that access to the sixth dimension directly may allow us to breach this defense (as any device that is moved between 3 and 6 will, by merit of Ray's Time-Cube Theorem, will maintain its 3rd dimensional properties).

We are therefore requesting any extent data on Project Bolt Cutter be transferred to our Atlanta research center immediately.  As a token of good faith we would also like to offer two internship positions to anyone from your division.  As you know this project has the highest priority and clearance levels.

We are also requesting the assistance of Void Sciences in preparation for transit.  I understand they have an interesting theory regarding the effects of multiple, concurrent, nuclear detonations on dimensional barriers which may prove useful in the creation of a temporary breaching agent.

We all stand to benefit from finding out what's in this Pandora's box - preliminary models show that light and sound degradation is so slow that we may be able to glimpse images or record sound from the dawn of the age of man.
